Advanced functional labs provide detailed insight into the health status of a variety of your body’s systems.

This level of testing can be used to:

• Dig deeper diagnostically to identify key health imbalances/potential root causes (diagnose)
• Learn more about your personal health status to identify functional targets for health optimization (prevent/optimize)

If an advanced lab is indicated, Dr. Stewart will either provide you with a take-home test kit in-office or have the test kit mailed directly to you. Tests requiring urine or salivary samples can typically be collected at home, then sent for analysis in the pre-postmarked package. If a blood draw is required, you will bring the test kit to a local lab and send it off from there.
